I used the program recently uploaded by Axly@aol.com called Marathon Shapes Editor to whip up a nice little shapes installer that makes the bobs headless.  The bobs, even their dead bodies, now have no heads whatsoever.  The only problem is that now they have white boxes around them.  I couldn't figure out how to get the white boxes off of them, but if you can figure it out, let me know!
